Official Rules & Regulations

1. Promotion Period

The Dude Life Ultimate Camping Gear Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins on June 20, 2026, at 12:00 A.M. Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") and ends on July 31, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. MDT (the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Dude Deals Inc., Dude Life, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry

Eligible individuals who make a purchase at DudeLife.com during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries.

Every $1.00 USD spent equals one (1) entry.

Entries are calculated based on the final purchase amount paid, excluding taxes, shipping charges, refunds, chargebacks, and canceled orders.

Bonus entry promotions may be offered from time to time and will be disclosed on the applicable product pages.

B. Free Online Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, visit the official giveaway page at DudeLife.com and complete the free entry form during the Promotion Period.

Entrants may submit one (1) free entry per calendar day during the Promotion Period.

Automated entries, bots, scripts, or fraudulent submissions are prohibited and will be disqualified.

C. Mail-In Entry Method

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a standard 3" x 5" postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days following the Promotion Period.

Each postcard constitutes one (1) entry.

Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are void.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the "Ultimate Camping Gear Giveaway" prize package consisting of approximately thirty-six (36) camping, survival, fishing, and outdoor products.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,234.98

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize item with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are awarded "AS IS" without warranty except for any applicable manufacturer warranties.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within ten (10) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.

The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact information provided during entry.

If the selected winner:

Cannot be contacted;

Fails to respond within seven (7) days;

Refuses the prize; or

Fails to complete required documentation,

the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue the appropriate tax forms and may require completion of a W-9 prior to prize fulfillment.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, city and state of residence, photographs, video footage, statements, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

Violates these Official Rules;

Attempts to tamper with the Giveaway;

Uses automated means to enter; or

Engages in fraudulent conduct.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if technical failures, fraud, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dude Deals Inc., Dude Life, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries or communications.

10. Disputes

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at DudeLife.com.
